I ordered my food for delivery before closing & was given an estimated delivery time of 10:23 & charged $21.09. It is now 11:05 & still no order has been delivered.

general manager is rude and interrupts the entire time you try talking and acted like she wasn’t capable of giving back a partial refund to my card. so because of the stores mess up i had to waste more time and gas going back to the store which i was unable to do, since that was the whole point of having my order picked up. refused to give refund until finally she decided to call her supervisor who magically appeared after i already asked to speak to someone over her and she said there was no one. also stated she doesn’t have corporate number. all because i wanted my money back for a drink that i was not provided literally the simplest thing turned into a 10 minute ordeal for no reason. only reason i gave one star is cuz im required to do at least one and also because at least eventually i did finally get my refund. the food was horrible and dry and thrown in the trash. do not recommend this location at all

We ordered the hot honey pizza. It was so good. The flavor is very yummy. It was delivered quickly and pizza was correct. Will order again.
This Pizza Hut used to be terrible but since getting new management about 3 months ago it’s done a complete 180. I accidentally dropped my wings while leaving the store and Michelle the new GM, replaced them without hesitation! The staff are friendly and food is fresh

Truthfully I wouldn't even leave a star if it were possible. We placed a order and the lady on the phone hung up on us before we could even ask what time pur pizza is scheduled to be made. It's sad lack of customer service.

Delivery of my order 2 hours later only after I had to call about it.

Poor service. I ordered delivery even paid delivery fee and a $5.00 tip. I called after an hour and was told my order was to be picked up. I told them that I paid delivery fee and tip. So they sent the order out. The delivery person told me I had to pay for the order. I lost it. I told her I had paid the order in full and left a tip. She just threw my order over in the passenger seat and took off with my pizza. I came in and called Pizza Hut they made her return and give me my order. By that time the 3 kids I was taking care were starving and the Pizza was stale and could be broken like crackers. Never again

Well, first it was over an hour after my delivery time before my order arrived to my house delivered. When my order got here my pizza was cold and my beverages was hot. The delivery driver seemed oblivious to this fact. I informed the driver I was not accepting cold food, and I would contact the restaurant and speak with the manager. Now the manager Riley was amazing, even though it was her first night as manger and she was understaffed and hit a few snags she was definitely helpful and polite and told me my order would be remade and sent back out. She also informed me she was having problems contacting her delivery driver and he was not responding to her messages. After we hung up it was yet again another hr before my order was delivered. Unfortunately my wing box was smashed and my pizza cold. I accepted the food that time as I felt bad for Riley but I was definitely unsatisfied with the experience.
