GREAT BBQ! And very nice people! Ruben and crew catered our 70th birthday party, at our home. The BBQ meal was delicious. His trailer was parked curbside and our guests walked right up and ordered their BBQ plate.Easy. And his trailer was a cute novelty and added fun to our party! Ruben was easy to work with and accommodated our special requests. The only problem was we didn't have enough leftovers! ?Highly recommend. 5 ? 's for sure. We will call you again, Ruben!

I HIGHLY recommend Alvarez BBQ and Catering for any occasion you may be celebrating! I ordered two briskets and when I say delicious, I really mean DELICIOUS!! The briskets were so tender, perfectly smoked and just perfect! The size of the slices were right on and the amount feed everyone one until they were full with plenty of extra! Alvarez BBQ and Catering asked what time I needed it delivered so the briskets would be delivered freshly cut and out of the smoker and as promised, the food was there right on time!! First time going there. Saw them on Facebook and had to try. Way worth the 5 minute drive down the road. Got the brisket, sausage plate! Will definitely be going back! Only problem was being full but still wanted to shove more in my mouth! Great job and thanks for still providing awesome food and service!
