Not only is his BBQ amazing it’s amazing how he helped the community through a trying time (2021 snow storm). We tried to pay him for the food he was donating but he would not accept. Me and my family are going to support his food services for years to come.
I want to say thank you very much to Alvarez BBQ and Catering for the briskets he cooked for my son's birthday party! I HIGHLY recommend Alvarez BBQ and Catering for any occasion you may be celebrating! I ordered two briskets and when I say delicious, I really mean DELICIOUS!! GREAT BBQ! And very nice people! Ruben and crew catered our 70th birthday party, at our home. The BBQ meal was delicious. His trailer was parked curbside and our guests walked right up and ordered their BBQ plate.Easy. And his trailer was a cute novelty and added fun to our party! Ruben was easy to work with and accommodated our special requests. The only problem was we didn't have enough leftovers! ?Highly recommend. 5 ? 's for sure. We will call you again, Ruben!
