I visit this location nearly every morning to get my Diet Dr. Pepper! They have the best around. Every day, Deneane is there it makes my day! She is kind, pleasant, and makes me feel so special! I've seen her pick up trash outside in the parking lot, take orders in the rain, train employees in the window, and much more. I'm not sure who her manager is, but they should know she is an asset! My fries tasted like they were from the day before. The man I talked to was not eager to resolve the situation he wanted more to argue with me that I got my order 20 minutes ago. (I carried out) the fries were not just cold the fries were gritty. The same way they taste if you microwave fries the day after you get them. He told me all he could do was give me a free French fry but that it would take a month to reimburse me. I have never been irritated with chick fil a staff until...read full review
