The staff here are consistently rude and act like they don’t want to be there. My son and I walked in to get ice cream and a coffee. No hello or any acknowledgement (we were the only ones in the store). At the ice cream counter the lady said “What do you want?” with an attitude. I ordered our ice cream and the coffee. She tells me she is out of coffee milk and can’t make it. Nothing else. No, “I could do this drink instead.”
My husband also said he has had only negative experiences there. They yelled at him through the drive through once or ordering through door dash. They thought he was a driver and needed to go in, he was a direct customer and could pick it up through the drive through.
We probably won’t be returning with other, more friendly establishments like Dutch Bros and Summer Moon.

Absolute shoutout to Ariana! I live in Austin and ended up in Temple twice in the last month and both times I stopped at this Dunkin' randomly. Ariana remembered me on the second visit and even remembered what happened when I was in there. That's crazy! This girl is super smart and absolutely going to take over the world one day. Honored to have had a drink made by this superstar!

This was my first time in this Dunkin’, and I was highly disappointed. I ordered the holiday peppermint mocha as a freeze, a regular chocolate donut, and a blueberry cake donut. The peppermint mocha taste like cream and peppermint, I don’t taste any coffee in it, plus they didn’t even put the whip cream or nothing else on top. The chocolate donut tasted like it’s been sitting there for hours, like they never change the donuts out. But the blueberry cake donut actually wasn’t that bad, it was alright. Plus the employees there seemed to be very rude, and they weren’t even that busy, a couple cars in the drive thru and I was the only person inside. Not even a simple smile or good morning. I will not be back.
Awful breakfast. I couldn't believe how disgusting the egg was. And the coffee tasted like syrup. Friendly service but I'll never ever go back. Yuck.

Since I had a coupon I decided to try this location as the one near where I live is awful, and I'm very glad that I did! The staff here were lovely, kind and helpful. The store was clean, service was fast, and the atmosphere was great. Overall I do recommend this location!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. When I asked for a second to check my phone for the drink order, the drive-through employee yelled at me for “taking too long.” I ended up with the wrong order and missing items. I was also told to go to the next window, but when I did, the staff got upset as if it were my fault. Completely unprofessional behavior. After working 16H in the ER I shouldn’t have to tolerate this. Very disappointed.

In my opinion it's always been just a donut place but that changed this past Sunday when I walked in and was greeted by Chandler. He is the most efficient, knowledgeable, and just plain nice gentleman. Makes you feel like more than just a customer.
