Me and my husband loved our cheesesteaks we got, 10/10!! However our service experience cannot be said the same. We heard a few of the employees cussing at eacthother which is NOT okay inside a public space. Anthony was rude and made the experience uncomfortable :( probably WILL NOT come back to the establishment.

My first time in temple trying jersey Mike i was greeted with a wonderful lady with blonde hair ! lady was real sweet who took my order while she was taking my order the guy working the kitchen interrupted her and told us rudely next time to order with him because she doesn’t take the orders mind you nobody was in line and he was two steps away from her the attitude wasn’t needed if he wanted to take our order he could have greeted us started of the conversation.his name was Anthony super rude attitude!

The General Manager Sunny was super disrespectful, Rude and constantly talked about others and including other staff members and made everything about the color of their skin.... I wasn't really gonna say anything because it isn't my business... I don't know why HR isn't taking care of this. It ruins this nice place to eat....

#9 - CLUB SUPREME - Roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, oil, vinegar, and mayo.
#13 – THE ORIGINAL ITALIAN - Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, pepperoni, lettuce, tomato, pickles, oil, vinegar, and mayo. The subs we’re made fresh and tasted delicious! The veggies were fresh and crispy!

I always love the atmosphere, service, and food here. Sure, they have made mistakes on some orders sometimes, but they are human. The Adams location is hands down the best out of all the Jersey locations in the Temple/Killeen area. I will drive 40-60 minutes round trip to make sure I get the best food and service. Thank you everyone for your hard work. ?✨️
