I noticed this place along Adams and, since there's no Waffle House around here, decided to check it out. Based on the name, I really didn't know what to expect.
I am very glad I ate there. I ordered the veggie omelet with fruit and hash browns, and a side of their Sweet and Spicy Bacon. The bacon was the real standout. Wow, that stuff is majorly tasty! Great spot for breakfast. Plenty of parking if you get there early. Good selection of pancakes and egg dishes like omelettes & scrambles. I had the Pineapple Upside-Down pancake meal and it was delicious.
Service was prompt and attentive.

Just touched down in Temple Tx to see family and We stop at Jimmy’s Eggs. The greeting at the door was great. Seating and ordering a breeze. I had a sausage egg and cheese on wheat bread and Bro had an omelet and the food was good and flavorful. The sausage patty taste like a jimmy dean. This will be a go to spot for the future. Atmosphere was great and the customer service was outstanding with southern hospitality!👍🏽
