what's going on with your French fries???? They are small and hard Frozen and very greasy not satisfied at all. Busch's used to have the best fries in Killeen not now I hope you fix whatever problem you're having before you lose more customers.
There really starting to take a slide...what a shame
Food was fine, but the manager filled my drink and it was over half ice, if not 3/4 ice.

Bush's Chicken offers a variety of food items with different experiences. The chicken tenders and corn nuggets are praised as being great and hot, while the mashed potatoes received mixed reviews. The single size portion was criticized for having insufficient quantity. The drive-thru experience is generally pleasant with friendly and accommodating staff, and orders are prepared quickly, often ready in just a few minutes. Customers mention that the food and salads are fresh and hot, and the fried items, like chicken tenders, are always fresh. Vegetarian options such as vegetables, mashed potatoes, and country gravy are available. Parking can sometimes be busy but is usually manageable, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with disabled parking near the front entrance. However, some customers have noted issues with staff, including a busy front counter and a confusing order-taking experience. Overall, takeout is popular, as the food is often ready quickly, though dine-in may feel outdated for some.
