I would give them ZERO stars if I could ! I ordered on their app for DRIVE THRU pick up, and when I pull up to the speaker and tell him that, he tells me I still have to come in. I inform him that I don’t because I specifically clicked on and confirmed it’s for drive thru pick up. He tells me STILL that I have to come inside . I just came from Popeyes on W Adam's. When I pulled up to the drive thru they said they had no food. Why are they open if they have no food ?
Fast food restaurant with the worst customer service ever! Very unfriendly, 99.9% of the staff has an attitude and is rude there might be a person with a better attitude but not good enough for customer service, restaurant employees always messing up on orders by leaving out something that was ordered and paid for, very long waits longer than usual, overall very terrible service experience from beginning to end!
