Waited 45+ minutes for a Chicken sandwich combo, fish sandwich combo, 2 pc combo, and a kids meal at this location. Not worth your time if you're traveling or in a hurry. Arrived at 9:43p from a middle school track meet at Lake Belton High School down the street. Left at 10:21 PM with a messed fish sandwich. I asked for NO SAUCE. Stated this a second time during the waiting period to a passing worker. They still put sauce on my sandwich. I had to ask for my lemonade a 2nd time before I left. Just a bad overall experience!!! Had to knock on the drive thru window for an update. They didn't have biscuits for the combos or pickles for the sandwiches.

Unfriendly, rude, didn't have half the menu available ordered 16 spicy combo came with three sides and biscuits that were not in the bag wanted red beans and rice that they were out of so I ordered mash potatoes which were not bad and Mac n cheese that should have been thrown away but the chicken OVERCOOKED SO DISAPPOINTED ?☹️

Walked in at 2:30 while it was slow. 3 cars in the drive through. After what seemed like an eternity without a greeting at all, I walked out. Service is way too slow. The I was there prior, my son and I waited over 15 minutes for our meal. Don't waste your time.

I went to the drive thru and It took them 15 minutes to give me my 2 piece chicken meal. And 2 1/2 hours later I am regreting eating it. I been in the toilet it hurts ya'll it hurts.

Do you ever have a craving for the popeyes chicken sandwich? I do! It is really tasty-and probably one of the best chicken sandwiches on the market. When you can get one. That is truly the key to it all.I have driven to popeyes now (20 min out of my way) twice to get a sandwich. The first time I got there 30 mins before closing. Not only were they out of the sandwich-but no one even greated me! I waited for 7 mins before leaving - and even drove up to the window. They saw me - but ignored me.The second time I drove there (several days later) only to find out that it was closed due to being short staffed. I counted 6 employees that I could see that were there as the back door was open and I could see right inside.Love the food - but doesn't do any good if you can't get it.

Never coming here again. Gave this place 3 chances, and ended up dissatisfied. First time, took them 8 minutes to greet me, just to tell me they’re out of everything besides wings. Got the food and wasn’t bad. Same thing for the second time, both times wanting a sandwhich. Now the third time is what got me. Waited 25 minutes to get an order in and it never happened. No one answered. Drove up to the window and got stared at by 5 employees. Idk what it is with Popeyes workers man but why are they always rude and act like they hate the world? If it’s that bad get a different job. You’re making everybody’s life worse hating yourself and the job. Do better smh.

Temple Popeyes is usually pretty good with their service, but this last visit was disappointing. We asked for spicy chicken but got classic. The fountain drinks were out of coke, and Dr. Pepper. The store had only been open for about 45 minutes.The crew was very disorganized, and there was no toilet paper in the woman's restroom. Hope things are better on our next trip.

UPDATE: S-L-O-W. After sitting in line for 40 minutes, we just drove off. There were still two vehicles in front of us! Something is definitely wrong with the management or ownership, but we're not going back to find out which one. Avoid this place.

The service is EXTREMELY slow every time we go. You are in line for 20 minutes then you reach the speaker and they either don’t come to speaker or come on and tell you one moment and you sit for another 15 minutes before they come back to speaker to take order. Then you are in line for another 10 minutes before you get food. Really need some more staff.
