S 31 st in Temple Texas has rats and critters. They refuse to refund me for an order I never received that they said would be cancelled. This occurred March 5. Still no refund after numerous calls
Stopped this evening, and ordered two meals and a happy meal. The girl at the hand out window was extremely confused and didn’t know what our order was, she handed us our drinks and asked us to pull to a drive thru spot so we did.
A young boy came to give us the bag and it wasn’t our order. We told the young boy that it wasn’t our order and so he went inside with our receipt and the manager on duty told him we were lying that we had our food, told him if you don’t...read full review
