Placed order at 6pm today, showed up and was 2nd in line to get pizzas. All of a sudden the workers don't know where the cook went and they don't know how to make pizzas. So there's a panic among the workers and it's like how come the employees aren't crossed trained and know how to make pizzas?
An hour later and my order isn't even in the oven yet after other employees show up. Asked for a refund and they said to wait 7 days for processing? Why so long?
