I could not tell if our hoppers name was Jacee or Jayden, but my husband and I stopped by this evening and he was so friendly and helpful! 10/10 customer service 🥳🥳
We have now gone to this sonic several times and things we paid for was left off or out of the order completely. The last time we had 2 different drinks and when I asked which one was which, the car hop’s response was she didn’t know because she didn’t make the drinks. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. This is a very disappointing situation. I don’t know if I’ll be going back there for a while.
I wasn't sure what size a small shake would be. And he came out showing me different size cups. Oh now thats what I call GREAT SERVICE.

However, customers have noted that many order screens are still not operating, which can be frustrating.
