I waited for the longest time for my online order. There was a woman ahead of me that waited about 25 minutes. I waited about the same time. Also, no one asked us what we wanted or even spoke to us before the order was given to us. I am not sure why I went there in the first place. At least the food was hot.
I just wanted to say that these 3 ladies Danielle, Store Manager Cameshia, and Nai were wonderful and professional. They were very helpful and showed me how to use my app to place another order and were very patient. I recommend this location to anyone!
I went there during rush hour, and despite the heavy foot traffic and high demand in the area, the food came out far better than I expected. Everything was hot and freshly made, and the staff even managed a genuine smile while clearly working under pressure.
