Came in here to get my daughter a cake pop she took a bite and it fell. Barista saw and she gave her a new one and I didn’t even have to ask. That was above and beyond service because she really didn’t have to do that for my daughter. Very great service here!! :)

I came here and in the middle of the day the doors are locked due to training! I have been in line for over 20 minutes. I definitely understand training, but the process is horrible. I won’t be back.

Usually I love the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino especially this time of year unfortunately when I ordered one from here it tasted like peppermint frosted water. It was disappointing especially for what you pay and I didn't have time to turn around to have a remake hopefully it will be better next time!

This location went WAY downhill. They’ve messed up my order more times than I can count, when they do make my drink it’s horribly made. I waste SO much time at this location… I’m driving the extra 5-10 minutes to 7 Brew up the road. Even Dutch bro’s. Starbucks.. you’re going downhill and losing supporters every day. It’s unfortunate really.

I had a great experience. The drinks were great. Greg served us and he was the best driver-thru worker I ever had. He made me feel like I was somebody important. The surrounding places were clean as well. For all of those reasons this store will be receiving a 15/15 stars.

No customer service and rude. I thought maybe a few times it was just busy but no it's the culture at this location and I was coming regularly for the last month but not anymore. I'd rather get a matcha from Burger King if they sold them.
