Got half my order wrong earlier. Tonight they are supposed to still be open but they are not speaking through the speaker. Unacceptable.
Umm… don’t understand what this is.. I get it’s late but it don’t mean you just throw stuff together and send it out. I’ve worked in fast food since I was young I would never do this. If you don’t like your job I suggest you get a new one cause this is fr unacceptable. It was only 11 when we came through the drive thru… whoever was making stuff tonight.. you did horrible.

Had a small issue with the amount of nacho cheese in a ramacan, talked to management about dissatisfaction. the cheese originally was a little under half way and considering the size of these ramacans that's really not a lot of cheese. when we went to point this out we were told by an employee that "we can't fill them any more than that" after that a manager came over, I offered to pay extra for different full ramacans. Instead she took the ramacans i complained about and brought back two more from the back. it looked full on first glance however when I opened it it was even less than the first with the exception that it looked like this one had been turned over to look full by coating the edge with cheese.

First of all fake reviews? What’s up with all the blank 5 star reviews?
Pulled into drive thru at 10pm tried to place my order, was told they only take orders through the app. Tried to place an order through the app and was asked to pull forward since the drive thru is on a timer. If you’re worried about the timer maybe just take my order. Overall just irritating, put up a sign. Also don’t ask for my order then tell me I have to order through the app, say that as soon as someone pulls up.

Convient location, no one was around to take an order for a bit. Ordered at screens and thr food arrived without drinks. One of the orders was wrong.

I went for breakfast.The hash brown tasted like it was cooked in two week , old grease , and it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple of hours. The self service kiosk brings your food up more expensive than if you were to order from someone Is at the counter for the same thing. The place was dirty just really really dirty. Bathroom was nasty.

Terrible. We walked into an empty restaurant and our food took 22 mins. And no one in the drive thru either. Five workers back there, just standing around. The store was so dirty and messy too. And when I finally asked if it was almost ready the girl working behind the counter was extremely rude. Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere.

I just am not going to visit anymore. I can't get one question answered and when I just want to order a drink I have to use the kiosk. Of course no one checks up on it for 20 to 30 minutes because there's no food associated with the order.

Took them roughly 25 minutes to make 2 orders and there was only 4 of us in the lobby. They were prioritizing drive through orders over us. They didn't give us one of our food items as well as 2 items for another customer before us. No soap in the bathroom. The employee did appologize for the wait though. Food was pretty good.
