The store manager Jose was rude and insulting! Wouldn’t give me my food that I paid extra for or fix my food that I paid for and laughed at me and said it was fine how it was. Poor example of management and hospitality and everything was cold to the touch

I don't know if the owners know this but when you visit @ night through drive-thru They ask if your using your app, if not, they shut the screen off or don't answer again. There is no one in sight & they clearly dont want to work. They are just on the clock ignoring customers so they leave. This has happened to me multiple times @ this location especially this week. This location is LOSING Money! There were vehicles behind me as well that were just driving off because the person working is hiding. There is usually a white Camaro out there. Not sure if thats the employees vehicle. I'm guessing it is. OWNERS NEED TO CHECK THEIR CAMERAS & NIGHT EMPLOYEES! Crazy its open but nobody is there working.

Alexandria was very professional and friendly when I came here on my lunch break. Even though I didn't know what I wanted,she didn't rush me thru my order, and I got it in a timely fashion. It was almost closing time, and service is usually terrible around that time. I only get a 30 min lunch, so I really appreciate her.

I went on the 28th of August 2025. So after waiting 10 minutes to order there was two guys in the back not doing anything and they looked right at me then continued to ignore me. I ordered the cheesy steak tacos they had 3 small pieces of steak and treat of my food was put together sloppy and didn’t taste right. There were other customers inside that wasn’t happy about the service. One employee said she just started and said she don’t know how to work the register. The meat had too much seasoning.
Waited 5 minutes for the drive-thru person to take my order and no one ever came up and it's only 8:00 p.m.
