What’s the point of a reservation and why do you have to wait on entire party to get on the “wait list” even with reservation!!
Ridiculous
We dined at Texas Roadhouse on 5/22/24 when a tornado hit temple. Instead of the employees letting everyone know to shelter in place or the bathrooms, all employees just disappeared into the freezer. I was really displeased with the way this was handled. I don’t think I’ll visit this location again, or maybe any other Texas roadhouses if this is how you treat your guests with children.
I will NEVER eat here again! They have THE WORST customer service! They treat black people VERY POORLY! we called ahead and made reservations for our table, ..we booked reservations online on their website, ..AND we have someone from our party GO INSIDE and make a reservation in person and STILL. When we got to the restaurant they refused to seat us even though our entire party was there and accounted for. The front door hostess was not helpful at all.
