It's no wonder the parking lot is always packed when I drive by. My folks and I didn't have to wait at all for a table. The wait staff were very friendly, attentive, and quiet knowledgeable regarding the menu. The dishes came out pretty quick, and the food was awesome. With how good the food is, along with the excellent service, the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is great. I would highly recommend coming here if anyone is in the Temple, TX area. As a heads-up, they do not take reservations, so plan accordingly.

When I was eating the meal.I found a black hair on my plate.And I was very pleased with the manager took my meal cost off the receipt.I think I won't come back anytime soon.

Went between lunch and dinner. We had the sweetest waiter! My daughter and I both got the ribeye. Maybe I was REALLY hungry but, that's the best steak ive had in a while. Im always forgetting to take pictures! Ill do better....go enjoy yourself a meal at Texas roadhouse. We were in and out in less than an hour. Great service

Whats the issue with food quality nowadays its like yall dont give a damn i spend $50+ dollars expecting good food and yall give me this…. I ordered a well done steak and it came back as a medium/medium rare so i took it back to be fixed and they just tossed it the fire and said yep that certainly looks well done and edible, and mind you we were already home when we saw this and it smelled god awful like burnt charcoal. id like to see yall eat this and see how mad yall would be

If I could give less stars trust me I would. Waited 40 minutes just to be told my order wasnt sent and that it would be another wait. When I asked to get my check for just drinks I had to wait AGAIN. AS IF I DIDNT SPEND 40 MINUTES ALREADY WAITING. Disgusting. Never coming again and steering all my friends and family to prevent themselves from this disaster of a Restuarant. Terrible service.

I ordered the 8 oz steak with the pork ribs loaded baked potato and green beans. I haven't had ribs in about a year and when I tell you the tenderism those ribs fell off the bone. It was so delicious. I didn't even eat the steak cuz I was so indulged in the ribs and the green beans. I took the steak and baked potato home for dinner and it still tasted great.

0/10 Customer Service. Manager was very RUDE and refused to help us! It’s currently 10:21 Pm August 2, 2025. We came to this location after a long day of school shopping to enjoy a nice dinner with our kids. What we expected to be a great evening turned out to be the WORST! We waited over 45 minutes to get our food. We ordered our food at 9:05 pm, Received our frozen margaritas at 9:08. Our appetizer didn’t come out until 9:20 we were asked by our waiter 3 times were we still doing okay in the midst of us waiting for our food. Our food was not finished cooking until 9:47 (per se the manager blonde hair petite Caucasian woman). She refused to help us with our inconvenience of the long wait. We received our food at 9:50 and did not even spend 10 minutes eating due to the long wait and being ready to just go home! We live almost two hours away! The manager was called for help and she refused to help she took 10 minutes just to investigate what was the reason it took so long, just for her to come back to our table and say my husband made her uncomfortable because of us being upset about the long wait and in no way shape or form did she proceed to ask us what could help our experience better until we asked her what her name was for us to reach out to the Corporate office. She walked away and didn’t even bother to give us our receipt! We had to walk up to the register on our way out to find her to get our receipt where she was attempting to hide from us, we asked two of the workers at the front desk to print us a receipt due to the fact she did not provide us one and they stated, “we can’t print receipts up here.” The customer service was awful and in no way shape or form should we as customers should’ve been treated this way! She was very dismissive and did not offer any assistance. It’s honestly disappointing to be treated this way as a customer and infront of our children. We watched as many customers ate and left as we sat waiting on our food. Our waiter was also made aware of this matter and she never returned to even check us out or take our cash. We had to pay with card with the personal kiosk at the table!!! By the way the manager was not wearing ANY name badge for us to be able to get her name for corporate if I’m not mistaken staff are subject to wear name badge!

3 stars because it's hit or miss at this location.
I've eaten here a lot for the last few years.
Dine-in food is good and hot, while pick-up food is good about 30% of the time.
I've had the same problem repeatedly with my steak or pork chop not being hot and also super dry.
I assume it sits under the warmer for an extended amount of time until they get around to giving it to you through the window. It doesn't seem to keep it at temperature and dries it out.
The green beans were the only thing that stayed hot.
The customer service is good, though, and in the past, when I've called about the issue, the manager will at least give a credit.
However, it doesn't help me for the dinner I was already served. By time you notice, you've already driven away from the restaurant, and you're hungry so you eat what you can.
Plus, I'm tired of calling to complain about the same issue every time I order for pickup.
I know they're busy, but I wish my $20+ dinner I was looking forward to was worth looking forward to.
They need a better system to serve pickup orders more consistently.
Also, they're super stingy with the butter, and watch for bones in the chopped pork and chili, which has also been a repeat problem.
Why Can’t I have the option to delivery?? Why?
We went for my daughter's birthday today. I had portobello smothered chicken, my daughter had half rack of ribs and my bff had 6 oz sirloin. All food was great, staff was super friendly and checked in us regularly. And we didn't have to wait long to get a table.
