I was extremely late in placing an order for cookies to be delivered to my dads house yesterday for his birthday and decided to use the chat feature on warm cookie co's website. While using the chat feature, I noticed that the online ordering system said they were not taking orders currently (approx 3PM on Monday) and notified the person behind the chat. The woman behind the chat said that she would be happy to accommodate my last minute order and personally hand deliver the cookies to my dad's house by my requested time (7PM same day). She gave me instructions on how I could call the store to make payment over the phone and I did just that. The girl working at the store let me know that they were actually closed on Monday but if the owner of the store said she would do it, I could very well trust her! I am so thankful for the owners thoughtfulness and willingness to help out when I am the one who did no research before reaching out and waited last minute to place the order. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate my request and I am so so grateful! They have earned themselves a loyal customer <3 Thanks again Warm Cookie Co!

So Google says they open at 2:00 pm, so we loitered in town waiting but they have a sign that says 10 am. Got there ten to 2pm , no one inside preparing to open, late late late they were, So we went into the cute little coffee shop right across it and enjoyed some cool coffee on an extremely ?? Texas day. They open 10-15 minutes later than the actual time, I think the worst thing they did though was keep their lobby closed so that those of us that wanted to enjoy the train with some wonderful cookies were left standing out in the hot sun ordering from a tiny window, ????. Didn't stay to order any of their cookies, we left.

I forgot to take a photo, but I wish I had! I purchased one of their PRIDE cookie cakes and I LOVE it. The cookie is yummy and the frosting isn't over-overpoweringly sweet. Their customer service is top notch too and I love their location too. ^_^

When I saw Warm Cookie as I was parking to walk to Miller's, I knew I had to give them a try. I loved trains as a kid and thought the caboose setup was really cool. I love how it's been converted. The inside is just as nice as the outside. It's like walking into a piece of the past. I ordered a half dozen cookies, one of each flavor. I also added the cookie of the month, which was cookies and cream for a total of seven, but I only got six cookies. Cookies and cream was the highlight of the show, and I honestly wish I had just gotten all that flavor because three out of the six cookies I got were good. The others just didn't do it for me. The peanut butter, chocolate chip, and sugar are cookies that are pretty easy to make, but they just tasted kind of weird. Even trying them with milk didn't do anything. It was kind of disappointing, but 50/50 is and was better than 0/100. I'll try again in the future, maybe.
