Put cheese on my hamburger after I told him not too. Told me it would be a while once I asked for a new one. Decided to just eat it. Make it right the first time or just have extras on hand when you screw up.

The food I got from I got sickly though up after some hours I been to his place 2 times today and first I got a chicken sandwich and give me beff and then 2ed time I come to get a other burger then I got sickly

horrible customer service, not greeted at the window, we ordered nuggets and no one came to the window to tell us how much time it would take or anything. The lady looked at me and looked away and kept cleaning.

Slowest group of guys I have ever seen last night. No motivation to move at all. Not to mention saw the biggest roach I have ever seen. The front worker was molasses and was like intentionally slow. I really don’t like giving horrible reviews but if I were you I would steer far far away from this Wendy’s. IJS

We stopped here after a VERY long day to try out the Wednesday Adam’s meal for a little mood boost/junk treat. Shantelle helped us out at the window and she went above and beyond. Talk about customer service… never something I would expect from a drive thru to be honest. She was so sweet and absolutely made our night. Thank you so much!

We had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Shantelle❤️ What an absolute gem she is! She was so incredibly sweet and personable. Fast food places need more workers like her ❤️❤️ I love that Wendy's has choices other places don't like salads and baked potatoes & of course chili. 😋

Manager needs to be replaced asap. Was watching the manager berate an employee while I'm just standing there waiting to place my order. After about 5 min i just walked out and felt sorry for the cashier.

Decided to stop at this Wendy's as I was headed out of town BIG MISTAKE.
Fries tastes like they were cooked in 2 month old oil was given a different soda then what i ordered. Caint stand other flavors .
Had to ask for my drink after she handed me my food , no straw had to ask for it after she shut the window again.
I don't write maybe 2 reviews year but this was really bad .
