Last night they gave me the wrong burger. I called and spoke with Reese and he said I could come back and he would make it right. I sent my daughter and she picked it up. Reese is really professional and easy to talk to and truly cares about the quality. Making Whataburger Great Again. Thank yall for the late night snacks when needed LOL.

I no longer patronize mickey-Ds because their product, while less-expensive, is rarely cooked right locally.

Wbrgr isn't bulletproof though... Everytime I go I get the exact same sandwich, and the upper and lower price range per visit vary by over a dollar. DT-Window-manager told me it's corporate altering prices.

Do I believe him? No, but not with malice.

Do I think he understands all the levers in play? No...

Went through the drive thru lane B and when I pulled up to pay they said lane B was closed. But other people behind me went through the same thing. I went inside to pay and get my food. They were quick but the Dr. Pepper was out. I asked about it and was told that they were completely out didn't offer to fill it at the drive thru fountain. I chose a different flavor drink.
