Cozy and homey, the food was good but the service was excellent. Friendly, informative and accommodating. The location's great and the building feels like you've stepped onto someone's porch and living room in the best way.
Really appreciated finding a place with vegan options close to the park. I went twice, and had the veggie fajitas one day and the veggie enchiladas the next (order with no cheese or sour cream). Definitely preferred the fajitas as the seasoning is better and I wasn'tthe biggest fan of the sauce on the enchiladas, but hey, an option is an option when in an area without a lot of choices, so the enchilada is still something. Highly recommend the chips and salsa or guac as that...
This is a tough review. The place is cute, but the inside atmosphere was really lacking. There was no music at all, so it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop — it honestly felt like eating in a friend’s basement. Not very inviting. That said, our server was amazing and the food was delicious. I’m on the fence about going back, as there was just no ambience.
