Solid breakfast burritos. Great size and great price. My wife couldn't finish hers so I got a couple of extra bites. Very convenient to the RV park it's located in front of and probably the best food in the area.
The barbacoa breakfast burritos were the highlight of my morning! I couldn't stop thinking about them for the rest of the day. Incredible spot and service with a smile. Thank you!
PROTECT THIS FOOD TRUCK AT ALL COSTS. By far, the best spot to eat in all of Terlingua. I would wait the same time it takes to eat at starlight for a barbacoa breakfast burrito. Highly recommend stopping here to start your day with exceptional breakfast food. The wait time may take a while due to one person making the food, but it is well worth.
Loved this place!!! I got a brisket breakfast burrito and just omg. The brisket was soft with just a perfect amount of pinky tenderness, the tortilla was grilled maybe just 5% past perfection, the beans and potatoes were spot on. I want to try somewhere else for our second morning here of 2, just for variety, but my husband insists we come back here. No complaints from me–it was fantastic. A great view too! The coffee was tasty, but there were some grounds in it. Still a solid 5 stars.
This place IS amazing we will 100% be coming back loved everything and for such a reasonable price
We stopped in for breakfast. First of all pay attention because it's easy to miss...it's near an rv park and there isn't much signage. The lady working there makes everything to order literally cooking after she takes the order and not taking any other orders until she's done. But she's fast, got the orders perfect, and the barbacoa breakfast burrito i had was EXCELLENT! There are a few tables and chairs available to sit in if you choose to eat there.
Went here with zero expectations but it was the first time ever that I was compelled to write a positive review about how amazing their food is. Did not expect to eat such delicious food way out in the desert. The barbacoa quesadilla would just melt in your mouth. I dare say that this is the best food truck that I have been to, in the country.
AMAZING FOOD!!!Totally would order again! The burger was so worth the 12$,the bun was amazing, the patty was perfectly seasoned, the tomato was huge, and overall was the best burger I’ve ever had!
Our experience was amazing. The owners were so kind and made us feel very welcome in Terlinguas small town atmosphere. Their service was prompt and the food was delicious. I ordered their frito pie and for a town that’s known for chilli I have to say, theirs was the best! I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and friendly vibes. Thank you for making us feel welcome!
Best breakfast in the area. Went two mornings in a row. Breakfast tacos and breakfast sandwiches were all good. Recommend for breakfast over other options in town.

First time stopping at Little Dipper have also heard good things about their food. Excellent breakfast burrito. Will diffently stop again. Highly recommend.
For the early birds going into the national park, this food truck offers up excellent breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches, beginning at 7am. A perfect place to fill your stomachs whether you're going to the park or elsewhere. The cook is very pleasant also.
The food here was so fire. I had a breakfast burrito and every time I have a breakfast burrito now I think about how it doesn’t even compre to the one at this food truck. My friend also got food and loved it.
Food is delicious!!! Staff is also very friendly! Amazing views as well!
Pretty good food. The wait was a bit long on our order, but it's being cooked in a food truck. Prices were really high for the amount of food we got but we're in a place with little food options. The lady working the truck was pretty friendly. I'd recommend the quesadilla, skip the chili.
