We’ve been fans of Rio Bravo for years and their food truck continues to serve up the best Mexican food in the Terlingua area! The stacked red beef enchiladas with real deal homemade enchilada sauce and handmade tortillas are The. Bomb. Love the outdoor dining vibe as well!

We had the beef fajita quesadilla, chicken flautas, and chicken tacos. Everything was great! Meal came with entree, small salad, rice, beans, and some of the best salsa we have ever had. Highly recommend! Food truck sits behind office for RV park across from Cottonwood grocery store. There is a sign viewable from the road.

The BEST fajita burrito🌯🌯!!!! My daughter ordered 2 and ordered 2 more again today! 2 times in a row!! Once with chicken then one with beef and chicken no lettuce. The Best burrito I’ve ever had!!!! This is a MUST eat place in Terlingua!♥️♥️❤️
Ordered beef enchilada.$15 later this is what I got. It was good enough despite just being a cheese quesadilla with some meat and no sauce .......I'm just not interested in buying three to actually make a dinner out of it.Tiny portions. Even for Terlingua.
