Very disappointed with our experience at Bubba's 33 in Terrell today.
We arrived around 1:15 PM and didn't leave until approximately 3:30 PM. While we understand Sundays are busy, being busy is not an excuse for poor service and lack of communication.
Our waitress took our order but never wrote anything down and never repeated or confirmed a single item. My daughter ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries. I ordered a classic single burger with no tomatoes or onions...read full review
