I recently visited the Golden Chick in Terrell, and I was so impressed by the positive changes! You can really tell there is new leadership in place. The new General Manager, Axel, is doing a phenomenal job. He was visible in the dining area, making sure everything was running smoothly and checking in on guests, which you don't always see in fast food.
The customer service was top-notch—friendly, fast, and professional. As for the food, it was amazing. My Golden...

Great service. Friendly cashiers, they have so much positive energy that it rubs off on anyone who enters.

Almost no wait at all for the food to be served. Will definitely be coming here more often!

First time trying it out and I'm very impressed. Food was fresh, on time, cooked well next time I'll ask for it cooked just a little longer. I must say I was very pleased for my first visit!!
