I wish I could give it a zero. The customer service was the worst. I would never go back. My order was not a chicken patty it was a chicken strip. I order a Homestyle chicken combo #11 and when I tell you guys it was the worst sandwich ever. I will not recommend anyone to go to the Jack in the Box in Terrell. If you go please check your food.

Just stopped in for jack tacos and jalapeno poppers no jalapeno poppers in bag and tacos were nothing but a shell I took my food back didn't want anything because the cooks gave me a dirty look can't trust this spot

The website let me purchase 3- Oreo cookies brownies at 3.00 dollars each when I was picking them up at the Terrel Store they said I needed to get a refund from the website because they did not offer that item. I contacted the website 4 times and only received 3.00 back on a 9.00 dollar sale. Now that is some good customer service!!!!

The chicken was very hard and dry. Like it's been there since lunch. It's 9pm now... If you were comfortable enough to serve. Someone that you should not be in the kitchen. Health department will be in your future. The cook should be fired. Obviously the night Manger it's doing there job. No one answered the phone it rang then hung up twice. The place was not busy now we know why. Save your self the trip and go somewhere else

I went to the drive thru the young lady was so rude and they had chicken strips special on the menu for $5.99 that's been there from the last time I went to the drive thru so when I told the cashier that I wanted the chicken strip special she said it wasn't that price. She didn't even try to go check the menu the customer service there is so bad I want be going back the employees need to take a class for customer service they don't care about their customers I went there February 3,2024

Went to this Jack in the Box around 5pm on a Sunday afternoon, and found it locked up with no sign indicating why they were closed during dining room business hours.
One of the best Jack in the Box experiences I have had. Service was fast. Food was hot, and they even wiped off the cup before serving it. Will go back to this Jack in the Box again.

This is the worst jack I have ever been to! and jack in the box is my favorite, so disappointing!!!!! The employees are always rude no matter how nice you are and have NO common sense and they never fail to ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS forget the food and don’t apologize!!!! The customer service just sucks all the way and literally shows how miserable they are. This place and employees are so aggravatingly frustrating!!!!!
