Melodramatic. I asked an employee the same question 3 times and she starred blankly then walked off without answering. 😆

This place used to be a go too but since the guy over the phone did not wanna give me my total because he said that he’d have to walk to the computer and walk back he was not going to do all that smh🤦‍♂️ wow simple just give me my total. That’s all I needed.

Short chubby dude with glasses has poor customer service I think he hates his job. Little Caesar pizza needs to find better and more positive people. They should get a better working atmosphere going there.

It's not fair to order a home delivery and have it delivered like this. Besides, you have to pay extra to be well served, but for some time now they've been providing terrible service.

It ....It always seemed like the cashier was confused about things and taking pizza orders I always waited almost 45 minutes and it wasn't a very large order.

I believe they have a new manager because we noticed that when she started working there the food started getting a lot better and same goes for the customer service. Overall, the food is consistent and good.

Ordered 2 hot n readys by phone, took 35 mins to get them. 3 people came in after me ordered after me and got theirs within mins. Employees standing around talking over the food. I don't think my family and I will be eating from here again until some changes are made.

Kid-friendliness: They have a small rubber ball game but that's it

Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp leading to the sidewalk and a flat entrance front there into the business

Little Caesars doesn't answer the phone because they want you to order online, preferably through their app because that way, they're able to collect data about you, which is why they offer such great deals for online orders.
