... the attention is pecima the staff is not trained my order takes 30 minutes just order a pizza 2 combo crazy and in my wait barios customers complained about orders trapped is a chaos the place

Ordered online at 7:22 and it’s 8:08 and order is still not ready. I only ordered ONE pizza. The lobby is full of people whom I’m sure have been waiting just as long. What happened to hot and ready pizza???

I spent 50 dollars on 3 pizzas and they gave me this!! It's disgusting, they were fighting, shouting, and on top of that, they took a long time with my order.

The service here is horrible! Every time I come here I have to wait 30 to 40 minutes to either get my order taken or to recieve my order. I ordered online at 5:00pm its been an hour I still have not received my order

I went to get my 3 pizzas last night November 13, 2025 and the place was so dirty and messy first of all. Once I got home I open the first box, the pizza was not cut right, the pepperonis were not cooked all the way had stomach pains since this morning I wouldn’t recommend anyone so don’t ever go to the Terrell one 👎🏾

Samantha at the Terrell ,Texas location was the best. She greeted me with a smile despite it being very busy she took my order when they were about to close and had very great customer service. She is an asset to the company

I don't know who needs to see this, but you have a cleanliness issue at this location. I don't know this person's name but while she was on the phone she coughed into her hand, wiped her nose, and then went directly back to grabbing pizza out of the oven and folding boxes.
Absolutely disgusting. I'm sure she's a great person, but management needs to have a serious talk with her, and maybe all staff about washing their hands. You're touching my food. I don't want your snot germs and cough germs all over my pizza and breadsticks.

1.5 hrs just to get my online order of 2 pizzas. Woman working the front never acknowledged me once while I was waiting, despite taking several customers orders after I arrived. Pizza was sitting on the counter the entire time because they wrote a completely different first name on the box. The whole issue could've been avoided if they just used the pizza portal like the app said they would. Worst place to get pizza in Terrell.
