Nobody at Pizza Hut seems willing to address why the online ordering, which is required for Pizza Hut rewards, rarely works even after years of complaints. It's like the company's trying to fail and Dominos is definitely picking up the slack. It's sad to see this once great company go under because of apathy, nobody seems to care.

worst location ever. i called to order a large pepperoni STUFFED CRUST pizza and even got the order repeated back to me and still didn't get what i asked for. definitely won't be returning and ill make sure to let others know. stay away from this place.

The stupid app for this place is the worst about letting you sign in to your account. You can't even edit your information. I guess this way they don't have to honor your points.

Michael called me on Tuesday to interview. Wanted me to come in that day, and it was around 5 pm. I went in Wednesday morning when they opened. Of course he noticed my disability and I assured him I could do what was expected of me. It turned into he would talk to the manager the next day, I guess for permission to hire me. He was doing the interviewing so I assumed he would be able to hire as well. Never heard back. Discrimination is real and exists, they just make an excuse and think people are d*** enough to believe it. I will never order from this pizza hut in Terrell, TX again and I will spread the word as I do not appreciate people mistreating the way I was born and I cannot change it I have to work and survive. But not here!

The Big New Yorker was great!! I ordered my pizza through their call center, and when I arrived at the location, the order was not in their system. The Mgr knew I was headed to a meeting, so she hurried and made my pizza. She saved the day!!
