be careful with what you eat today Sunday, April 7, 2024 I bought 2 apples at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Terrell when I took the last bite of my apple I felt a different taste I started to see why and surprise!! Mold!!!!disgusting and the bad thing was that I had already finished the whole apple, just be careful with what you eat in this location.

Got chocolate covered strawberries they were ok and a chocolate covered apple that was really good. Customer service was bad the girl who "helped" us wasn't friendly at all. This was our first time here so we didn't know what to get and she asked us if we were ready to order and we told her we were looking and she asked us like 3 or 4 more times in less than 2 minutes like she was on hurry. We felt uncomfortable because we couldn't even looked around to see what they had with out feeling the pressure to hurry up and order.

Horrible experience, waited for my turn and the girl kept ignoring me. I finally had to say hello I'm next here been waiting 30 minutes. And she said what do you want, I ordered my fudge which I think was over priced. Ate half and spit the rest out it was gross.

About a week after Halloween we took our kids there and bought some candy, then as we were hanging out outside, the manager came out and offered to give us the rest of the Halloween candy they still had left for free because they needed to get rid of it. They gave us a couple bags full of candy! They are so nice. And of course the chocolate is great.

The chocolate was just ok and way overpriced. A couple of pieces were stale. Live too far away to take them back so I just can't give more than 2 stars. do yourself a favor and go to the grocery store.
