Took almost 20 mins to make 1 sub, I asked for an Italian BMT- told me they didn't make those, finally got them to read their own menu, behold there it was. I honestly didn't know humans could move this slow and no be going backwards. The manger was talking on a Bluetooth ear pieces the whole time, the person making my sandwich just simply left at one point. This whole time flies are buzzing around the food, the other girl may have cross contaminated gloves about 3 times. Finally got the sandwich, took 2 bites and threw it out after 2 bites she must have put on several layers of cheese and the thing was swimming in sauce. 10/10 keep driving

Okay so the have all these NEW subs and it's all the same. So if I get BOGO at half off,subway does that mean get half of everything?? What a joke, little meat and toppings and didn't get double meat on big philly didn't get double chesse on what they call a Monster.

The guy preparing said everyone gets what they get and don’t throw a fit after asking for better spinach. All the vegetables were disgusting and they looked just bad. I couldn’t stomach it and left In the middle of making my sandwich. The guy had a horrible attitude and I am not eating your hacked up bad vegetables. Feel sorry for the owner of this store because he has a bad employee who should be ashamed of himself. You might be able to talk to your friends like that but don’t talk to me like that as a customer in the middle of buying your product when you are fully to blame for even putting these vegetables out. Subway is not cheap and vegetables is a main ingredient at Subway and you can’t even get it right. Now he can eat his nasty sandwich and vegetables! If I was headquarters and walked in and saw the attitude and vegetables. They would no longer be a subway.

We asked for a sandwich to be toasted more than 3 times the hit processed to put avocado, lettuce and other veggie on in then toasted it. We asked for it to be remade the girl told me no, so we asked for the manger and she said no, the girls working at the gas station was very helpful and went outside to get the manger for us. Walked out with 3 sandwiches fully made. Will not return.

I will not return to this place. On Friday I was there and I had some coupons and the man who served me told me that he would not give me them because I had to buy individual ones and I was buying 2 sandwiches and he did not get me another coupon that could give me chips and soda in any purchase and I replied that it is fine and the toaster did not serve the sandwich cold and also they did not have a variety of bread

This location didn't have much inventory.Out of meats and some greens. Maybe it was bad timing. The staff is friendly but service was a bit slow for me. The restaurant has a small corner in the gas station. Place is clean.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. We showed up to purchases sandwiches 30 minutes before closing and I know it's kinda late but had a sporting event to attend and wanted something to fill our stomachs after a long day. We first came to door and young lady working starred at us wondering why we were there. Had an attitude the moment we walked in. When ordering I was told we couldn't purchase anything that required a spoon. Now I used to work at subway for 5 yrs and some have chicken teriyaki portioned out in containers. The same young lady at the door said "it's ok I'll get it for you" started scooping the chicken with her hands on the sandwich. Stated she had gloves on and also stated what we have out is what y'all get. No lettuce, like 7 tomato for 2 foot longs, no banana peppers. I understand your trying to close the store but if the hours say until 9pm then it is your obligation to serve your customers. This will be the last time I got to this location. I have had horrible locations I've been too but this is by far the worst. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION!! TERRELL SUBWAY OFF 148 IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
