Blue Ember catered a wedding in Hope, Arkansas this past weekend, and let me say it was exceptional. I have worked over 200 weddings as the DJ, and this was the best BBQ and sides I've ever tasted! I also cook a lot, and Blue Ember does it right! Smoked sausage, brisket, pulled pork, beans, potato salad...all incredible! The staff was amazing as well. They make their own sausage and different flavors of BBQ sauce that made it all stand out! Really, really good! I ate too much...read full review

Mondays are for nachos and Tuesdays are for tacos, both recommended. Their Kickin' Apple BBQ sauce is amazing. Blue Ember is one of the best restaurants in Texarkana.
