While sides might be pricey for the amount, their quality is good. The service is casual, with a fantastic staff that is exceptionally friendly. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and beautiful, with big windows making it feel very open and welcoming. Booth and regular table seating are available, making it a great option for a casual dinner. Mondays are for nachos and Tuesdays are for tacos, both recommended. Their Kickin' Apple BBQ sauce is amazing. Blue Ember is one of the best restaurants in Texarkana.
