Burger King in Texarkana

“Food was hot and fresh and Michelle had amazing customer service, even offering coloring pages while dining in the restaurant. Also mentionable; clean bathrooms, clean dining room and a nice playground! 10/10 will dine again on our next stop through Texarkana!“

“Not everybody's too worried if they miss a little thing on your order like cheese on your sandwich I was about to head out the door when the manager stopped me and said sir I'm glad I got you we forgot to put cheese on your burgers if you'll hand them back to me I'll run in and fix that for you came right back out super polite super friendly these guys always are for the most part!“

“Got fries that tasted burned but didn't look burned - went back and went inside - they quickly and happily replaced them with HOT fresh fries which made me realize they tasted burned because the grease they were fried in was burned. Great response but same result: bad “

“Food was good & hot. My order was correct, which is getting to be very rare for the simplest order. Service was alright. Could be better. I mean, I'm sorry someone had an off day and ruined the moods of other workers or whatever, but come on now. I still smile, greet, ask how your day is/was & wish you a great day/night when I leave, with a smile. I don't scrunch up my face & keep that look so everyone knows I'm upset or some jerk was rude 4 hours ago. Let them be, ignore the rudeness, as best as possible. That will, in turn, upset them more & you get to see it happen. ???“

“This is the cleanest restaurant in Texarkana. The service is quick and friendly. And the girl Diana should get a raise or be promoted into management. She doesn't stop working. Y'all have a diamond of a worker. Be a shame to lose her to another restaurant“
