Burger King in Longview

“Food has been good and my orders have been correct every time here lately, but WHY do they make people pull up to wait on their order every time??? They’ve asked me to pull up even when there’s no one behind me, and when I’m in my larger truck, it’s a huge pain to try to back out of the small parking area in front of the drive through. When there are a lot people there, everyone is having to shuffle around each other to try to get out after they receive their order. It’s a nuisance, and I don’t know why so many fast food places are doing this now.“

“Went in Saturday night the young girl with blue hair working the counter saw my daughter crying and immediately gave her a crown, and helped her put it on and was telling her jokes to cheer her up. She was running back and forth from the window to the front counter helping everyone very sweet girl.“

“Thank you so kich for this excellent exceptional servive. i was on the greyhound and this was one of our stops, it was late night so i had to go to the drive through and the person on duty i forgot his name but he made sure everything was fresh even though there were fries already made he made sure he cook fresh fries. thank you everything was amazing. order time 11:41 drive through. thank you and may peace be with you.“

“Got there, ordered my food, got a cheeseburger, fries, vanilla shake, and a root beer. While we were waiting i went to the bathroom, it was filthy and reeked. Had to hold my breath, it was that bad. Once I got back our food came, it was delicious. The waitress brought me my shake, got out of my chair to get a straw, they got it for me. Excellent service, good atmosphere, good food, horrible bathroom.“
