Burger King in Shreveport

“This is the BEST Burger King in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Fresh food all the time and the staff are friendly. I live in Bossier, I have 2 Burger Kings near me and they are both bad, they're rude, your Burger is always mashed together and cold so I'll make the drive to Shreveport. People want that check but don't wanna do the work, customers are what keep you in business! They could take some lessons from this location on Kings near LSU!!Keep up the good work!! Facility is also clean.“

“I like this Burger King, and eat there every time I have an oncology appointment. The employees are nice and friendly, which is a stark contrast to most Burger Kings I've been to.

“Simply said, this is one of the friendliest, professional and cleanest Burger king restaurants I have ever been to in a long time. I couldn't tell the managers from the regular staff, because the whole staff team was polite and had excellent customer service skills. “After staying in the area for a week and visiting all other fast foods around, this BK def had the best customer service. The guy at the drive-thru window was really polite, unlike everyone else at the other spots. He got our entire order correct (NONE of the others did), so if you're in the area, although i am not a BK fan, I highly recommend these above the rest. Props to the drive-thru window worker!“

“I'm actually ordered food on North market and didn't want to scream. I was shocked and appreciative. I didn't get his name but he was working drive thru around 9 pm tonight 6/12/26 . he was polite,patient,and knowledgeable menu and the app. my order was correct and hot. I didn't even have to wait forever to get my food either. Good sir if you're reading this review I'm had my Boston terrier with me. Thank you very much. that man needs to teach classes at least get a raise!!!“

“what can I say abźout burger King that hasn't been already said? it's the King of burgers, it literally says so in the name. this location was just like all the rest, u got burgers, fries, nuggets and shakes. overall a decent place to eat, order was wrong but u can't have everything.“

“Please please... make your window employees understand how to count money and make change! My order was $7.50. I gave cashier $20.50. The 50 cents was in mixed small coins. She gave me $13.20 back. I told her no, just the $13.00. She looked at me like I'd grown a second head.“

“I haven’t had Burger King in a while meaning years. So I decided to order Burger King well first off the order wasn’t correct the food let me say it was good. It really was. The burger wasn’t hot as I would have liked for them to have been but the fries and onion rings were good. I would probably still go again to give them another try. It was very hot inside. It took over 20 minutes in the drive-through line as one Customer told me and we got out of the line and went inside. It was too hot for me and I went back outside and got into the drive-through line and I actually got my food before the lady who said she had been there 20 minutes which was not cool but I’m glad I didn’t have to wait longer. The other funny thing about drive-through was there was a lady in front of me who was just sitting there. She wasn’t at the window and I mean, literally just sitting in her car so I waited and waited, and I blew the horn and she proceeded to scream out of the window telling me they told her to wait and not pull up yet so I’m taking it they didn’t want the bell to go off, but if you’re in line for 20 minutes, what do you expect.Now the one thing I can say was Customer Service was very responsive when I did write them about my food order and out again will possibly try them again. It’s just one of those things when you have your mindset on something you hadn’t had in like five or six years that you expected to be just supreme. I ordered a double hour a single as you can see.“

“We came here on Tuesday. Seems like a much better atmosphere from my last visit a while back. A couple workers spoke when I came in. The lady who took my order was super sweet. We joked about our tattoos while waiting on the food. A lot of places don’t have workers initiating small talk, instead of looking like they hate that you’re even there so that was nice. Lobby seemed to be pretty clean. No problems with our order!“
