Team lead is rude to doordashers then when called out by the customer, ends up telling the same poor doordasher the order was canceled when it wasn't. You losing so many customers due to horrid customer service. Might want to fix your "team lead".
Great American cookies was my first job and I loved it and highly recommend and still would but 14 years ago was a long time the employees don’t care and don’t know how to decorate cookie cakes. Makes me sad to say

Sent my son to pick up my $60 cookie cake. He told them he’s picking up a cake for his mother and gave them my name. They gave him the wrong cake! I live an hour away.
