Los Ruvalcaba has some of the best birria tacos around. The rice was fresh and the refried beans were amazing, everything came out hot and full of flavor. The menu also has Loco nachos, a very large portion that is delicious, and a Mexican breakfast that is the best ever had. The service was fantastic, the staff friendly and the atmosphere quiet and cozy. Prices were reasonable and the portion size big, left family stuffed. The restaurant is small with not a lot parking in front but additional parking in the strip mall behind. The food is great, unique and the experience definitely coming back.
