Starbucks Coffee Company at I-30 & University in Texarkana is a beautiful new location that opened in April 2024. It is considered the best Starbucks in the area. The store has a pleasant new store smell and features modern lighting, especially by the Pick-Up counter. There is plenty of comfortable room for internet browsing and working. The seating is generous, with a good amount on the left side including a leather comfy bench, seven tables, and additional chairs. In the middle of the room are three round tables. The outdoor seating also has plenty of accommodations, with many tables and chairs at the main entrance and on the side of the patio.

The baristas and staff are friendly, accommodating, kind, polite, and professional. The service is up to the Starbucks standard, with amazing customer service. The staff are described as truly caring people who go out of the way to make your day better. The location is clean, including the restrooms, and the music is at a good volume for conversation. The locals have accepted the store well since it opened. A specific drink mentioned is the iced white mocha with caramel crunch, noted as simply the best. The atmosphere is comfortable for both quick stops and staying awhile on a business trip.
