“Here is a rare, very well earned 5 star review. This is our reason why and how it was earned.
Our waiter, Devyn, was prompt, professional yet pleasant, maintained eye contact when we we spoke which made us feel he cared about us and took pride in his job. Devyn was also prompt cashing us out and getting our drinks to go.
Our cook, DJ, did an exceptional job preparing our meals. EVERYTHING came out cooked perfectly for both meals!!
It has been I don't know how many years since we have had this level of service and quality of food (except Chick Fil A).
These two young men are a definite asset not only to this location but, to the Waffle House franchise/brand.“
“Went in at midnight. 7 or 8 people in there. The young man asked take out or eat in. I ate there. He immediately got my drink then my order, he repeated it back, all with (sir) at the end. Refilled drink, turned plate to me, put waffle beside me, asked if everything ok, then went about his business, every so often he would refill drink asked if everything ok, as well as the other waiter, both young men were great. As far as the food, the cook was fast, plentiful, hot, and perfect. Bacon crispy, eggs scrambled, toast lightly crisp and buttered, and the cinnamon waffle was GREAT. If not for being full would of wanted another. The store was clean and they were doing that as when they had down time. Tables were all taken care of and everything in its place. Would I / will I go back to this waffle house YES...
THE COOK, AND BOTH YOUNG MEN, WERE PROFESSIONAL.
My hat off to them, keep those guys, they are an asset. Wish I knew there names, but was Tuesday night midnight till about 1 a.m.
