“While waiting for my order, I noticed what I can only describe as a fully organized, pay-per-view level chicken fight happening in the back corner of the restaurant. At least six people were circled around with cash in hand like it was the featherweight championship of the South. I’m not saying there was a referee, but there was definitely crowd control.
Meanwhile, my hashbrowns were scattered, smothered, and covered to absolute perfection. The staff acted like this was just a normal Tuesday, which honestly made it even better. No one blinked. Coffee was still flowing. Orders were still being called. Chickens were apparently settling their differences.

“Passing through and this Waffle House was quite the treat! Cooked my breakfast to perfection. Very clean inside and super friendly staff. Plus, they were decorated for Valentines Day which was so fun. If I’m in the area again I’ll be stopping back in!“
“Visiting the area and stopped in for breakfast here twice and received great service and food. Today I was dining in and observed Makayla training and she was absolutely amazing. Her thoroughly explaining everything and patience was refreshing to see. Great job 👏“
“This Waffle House by far is the friendliest most well run Waffle House I have ever been to! The waitresses welcomed everyone that came through the door, most they knew by name! You could tell they had regular or everyday customers as they called them by name and usually knew what they wanted, but always asked! I can tell you that next time I'm ready for a quick morning bite, I'll be sure to visit this facility near Pines Road in Shreveport!“
