Ordered on mobile app. Was supposed to have extra seasoning on fries (it shows this on the receipt so I know it wasn’t a mess up on my end), hardly had any seasoning at all. Went back into the store and the worker just brought the shaker to the front counter and proceeded to season my fries right there instead of taking them back to the kitchen. The wait is always an hour even if there’s 2 people in the restaurant. Told us that it was 35 minutes, which is still long, but when our full group arrived they changed the wait to an hour. Everyone in the kitchen was on their phones not working.
I don’t know how they are still open.
