Totally dissatisfied with our visit tonight! First off it was about 5 pm they were slow, ordered our food and then walked to the whole floor of the restaurant to find ZERO CLEAN tables and chairs! We finally sat at a high table and wiped it off! So….. They then deliver our food to the table which the two orders of chicken nuggets had a terrible terrible smell like they were cooked in bad grease and maybe warmed up in the same grease! It used to be great....now it's only so-so.
Reading is fundamental to getting anything is correct. Explain to me why they could not get my order correct. Clearly the label they put on my order says “no buttered bun” however what they gave me is totally different. After I complained they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They thrive off having the best customer service but it’s clear that it’s only talk.
Please make it make sense to me. This is enough to stop going to this establishment.
