The pizza is always warm when it is delivered. The customer service is great. Anytime we have had an issue in the past, it was immediately handled. This is our go to place when we are wanting to order pizza.
Customer service and Customer care at this Pizza Hut location has literally restored my faith in humanity lol. Seriously though, the GM Colton remembered me when I called back to check the status of my refund, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and more than happy. So ordered delivery. Got the wrong pizza. Tried to call to see what could be done and was on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. So I drove to the store defeating the whole purpose of delivery. I talk to a lady who was understanding but could only offer a new pizza or a credit to my account. That's it. No discount from having paid for delivery. No offer for something as compensation for the issue. It took over an hour to get what I ordered. Not a pleasant experience in the least....read full review
