We have been eating at this location since it opened. No more. There is no excuse for seating us at a table and then ignoring us for over 29 minutes. Walked out. Won’t go back.
Had a good meal that we picked up from Colony location.
However there. was a piece of WIRE approximately 1inch long in my sons Rattlesnake Pasta. Calls were made as well as e mail.
They couldnt care less.
This location in the Colony is the worst in the Metroplex. I felt embarrassed after I suggested 54th street to my out of town family, they all said in different ways that they can't believe we like it.
Learned from my mistake and sticking to the frisco location, what a joke this one is.
Unfortunate this one drags the name of the company and makes the chain look bad.
