“I recently hosted my child's 4th birthday party at Monster Yogurt, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Kimberly, our party hostess, was simply amazing. She was so friendly, attentive, and took care of every detail to ensure the day went smoothly. Her energy and enthusiasm made the experience so enjoyable for both the kids and adults. She even went as far to take pictures of my child enjoying his special day and made sure they were sent to me! The customer service was top-notch, with every staff member going above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of. The store itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the play area was perfect for all the kids to have fun and let loose. It kept them entertained for hours, and it was such a relief knowing they were in a safe and clean environment. As for the frozen yogurt, it was incredible! There were so many yogurt flavors to choose from, and the topping selections seemed endless! Everyone was able to customize their perfect treat, and it was a hit with all the guests. Another very important piece to this was my child has severe food allergies to dairy and egg. Despite having dietary limitations, he was able to have plenty of delicious options to choose from including a dairy free chocolate sorbet! This made my mama heart so happy and his belly so full! The team came prepared and grilled on site, creating an amazing, tasteful, and fresh experience for our guests! They also provided a setup and we didnt have to worry about anything during the event regarding the food. The food was served fresh, on time and refilled as needed. “The service her was amazing. We stopped by between soccer games and only person was working. He took our orders and worked hard to get everything out. He even made sure to bring the food out for our girls so they could eat between games. So kind and all our orders were right. Everyone enjoyed their food we had acai bowls, smoothies and sandwiches.

“It was a nice experience this morning. The attendant was helpful, made my smoothie in a quick manner, did not bother me while I was on the phone and wasn’t particularly rude that I was. I did ask for a modification which she was able to do and made sure to double check that I was sure I wanted said modification. She didn’t go above and beyond or anything but was able to provide me with what I needed and didn’t bother me too much. Not particularly engaging.“
