Grabbed 3 regular pretzels and spicy cheese, brown and sweet mustards.Super pleasant staff, and a great value.The sweet mustard is a bit sweeter than a regular honey mustard, and the spicy cheese was awesome. The brown mustard had a nice bite. Pretzels were warm and soft, just a hint of crunch.Excellent snack, and there’s setting right outside the door.

Best pretzels in all the land accompanied by fantastic customer service. Wonder was so welcoming yesterday and went above and beyond! The dough is so fresh. There truly is no other pretzel place/concession stand that can compare. It’s difficult to choose what to get each time. You can’t go wrong with just an original jumbo pretzel, but the pepperoni & cheese pretzel is great, and the cinnamon sugar Buggy Bites are absolutely dynamite. I always look forward to my next visit at Ben’s.

The pretzel is outstanding. I’d go more often but the staff is miserable. Brings me down every time. No greeting, no thanks, can barely even hear them mumble. Just make it automated cause the kids you’re hiring are going to put you under.

As the name implies their pretzels are SOFT and are in my opinion the BEST! I absolutely love a soft and delicious pretzel and this place is one of the best that I have tasted in the area. I am very happy to have found this place! Their pretzels are made fresh, daily right in front of your eyes! I have referred quite a few of my friends to this place and none were ever disappointed! One of my friends bought two pretzels, one for herself and one for her husband and ended up "accidentally" eating his as well! Needless to say she had to go back and get another one for her husband. When she told me about it all she could say was, "they were so soft"! They are that good!On a recent visit my husband and I were more than impressed with the level of service we received. The folks here are always friendly, welcoming and accommodating! I don’t like a lot of salt or butter on my food. Most pretzel places I have visited don’t want to make a fresh pretzel to accommodate my food restrictions. However, when I ask Thomas who was helping us, about getting a pretzel made without the butter and salt he did not give me a hard time. He told me how long it would take to bake and even brought it out to me when it was done. The pretzel was soft and fluffy as usual, very delicious! My husband also enjoyed his Dutch Almond Pretzel as well. This place is and will be our go to spot for soft pretzels.

The food was terrible ordered a hotdog and cheese pizza I’m use to all the other bens spots only using mozzarella cheese not mixed with cheddar and the dough wasn’t cooked all the the way. Not to mention I’m sure woman making the pizza dropped her glove on the floor picked it up just to shake it off and reuse itI don’t want a complimentary next time pizza , a refund would be nice

I never write reviews but wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Ben's employees for a great experience today. The food was delicious. They were very welcoming and accommodating. They even offered a drink tray and helped me load the drinks! The kids loved the hot chocolate bar and the coffee bar was great as well. Great place!!

The owner was very gracious. The young guys working were friendly & helpful. They wanted to make sure we had the freshest pretzels & they handed them to us out of oven. So good! Fluffier & better than Auntie Anne's. Yum!
