“Leslie with Frisco Custom cakes was beyond amazing! She literally saved my birthday. When another baker canceled on me 5 days before the party, due to Covid, Leslie agreed to take it on. She knocked it out of the park! So much talent. Her cake was the highlight of the party. Not to mention it tasted phenomenal! She used rice crispy treats for the toppers and marshmallow fondant. Every bite was DELICIOUS! Plus, I loved working with her! She was so much fun! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!“

“We tried this place today for the first time. We noticed it after finishing lunch at a restaurant within the shopping center. The inside is pretty and I love that the sign inside says it is all made from scratch. There are many choices; more than I expected. You can order a slice of cake, cupcakes, or a whole cake. We bought a couple of different flavors- Oreo and red velvet cupcakes plus coconut and chocolate strawberry slices. $24 + the credit card machine asks if you want to tip. The woman assisting us said the cupcakes were sold 2 at a time. Apparently you can’t get a single cupcake?? Her demeanor was all business and she seemed impatient as we ordered. My son ate his Oreo cupcake incredibly fast. Not surprising for a kid but he gave it his stamp of approval. My red velvet cupcake was delicious. It didn’t have a rum cake taste, but the frosting was light and not overly sweet. The actual cupcake was moist and flavorful. We have yet to eat our 2 slices but expect they will be equally as good. Hopefully the next time we go, we’ll get better service. The service is the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I considered only doing 3 stars but figured I’d give the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was just having a bad day.“

“Food passion catering was at my daughter's 15th birthday event and I can say that it was the best decision I made, since all the food, desserts and the spectacular cheese and fruit table were quite a spectacle. Amparo, her husband and her entire team, more than professionals, they become your friends, it is a unique and kind attention. My guests were fascinated by the food. “Absolutely love Unrefined! I frequent all the Dallas locations and they always have consistently delicious products! Even my husband who can eat gluten enjoys their baked goods. I highly recommend their normal cupcakes, whoopie cookies, cakes, and breads.

I’m not a huge fan of their vegan cakes because they have a strange after taste. With all that being said, my vegan family did enjoy the cake.“

I tried the cheesecake ice cream, and it was pretty good—rich and flavorful. The service was also a pleasant surprise; it was quick and excellent, making the experience even better.

“Sad to say that I might not be back. Got my shake with none of the mix-ins I ordered (thankfully they don't charge extra for them) but I had already left, wasn't really worth going back for. At least the pint flavor was correct. I do feel for the lady working the counter, 1 person to manage an entire Saturday is a lot but still. The ice cream itself is fantastic.

UPDATE (09/18/2024): I have been reached out to by the location and am happy to report my second visit was much better! Would recommend just be mindful about the days and time you order.“

“I just wanted to thank you and give kudos to Angie for the work she did in making our National Ice Cream Sundae Sunday at church a success! We could not have done it without her.
She was punctual and knew what to do as soon as she came in. She did a great job last year and even did better one this year. Not to mention, we served more this year than last year.

I loved her energy and spirit and she was a joy to have. Her knowledge and expertise showed as we talked during set up, and even as she was loading her station up to leave. She was a blessing!!
