We tried ordering online on the app to our house and it kept redirecting us to another dominos in plano and then canceling our order after charging us x2. This is the first time has happened to us. We’ve ordered delivery to our house a few times before and it has no problem but tonight the app was messing up. We called the store and the manager there was more than helpful and we were able to place our order over the phone. Highly recommend this location for customer service...read full review
Updated: I'm writing this review to remind myself to move on from Domino's. I am over the lack of consistency with their pizzas especially if these are franchises that are to use the same blueprint. I ordered a specialty pizza 3 times and this was my last attempt to get that premium taste of a good pizza. Another fail. There has been countless other times when I just moved on with a bad pizza because I was hungry. All of the staff are always nice, but I'm tired of the inconsistencies....read full review
