“I'm a donut expert Ok, so don't even question me. First of all, the best donut in Texas is at Round Rock Donuts so you know I know what I'm talking about. After trying a lot of places around here, this is the best donut you will find period. Fresh, soft and just the right amount of glaze. More importantly, they change out the oil regularly so you never get that dirty oil taste in your mouth when some shops keep using the same oil over and over. I hope this shop never stops providing us with their amazing donuts and I want to thank them for doing it. We love you.“
“This place was incredible! Such a kind cashier who threw in some donuts for free. The halal savory treats including the kolache was literally some of the best I’ve ever had. The donuts were far superior to any chain. Plan to be a regular here!“

“Best kolaches in the area! We love the jalapeno kolaches as well! All donuts are delicious with our family favs being the original glazed, red velvet, blueberry, old fashioned, apple fritters, cinnamon twists, and the holes! Try the strawberry sprinkle holes for an extra special treat! The owner is so sweet - you can call a day prior for a big order. We tried all the donut shops in the area and this is the best one by far.“

“A Rare Find: Fresh Donuts, Great Coffee & a Smart Twist
This morning, I told my daughter how rare it is to find a place that serves both excellent donuts and quality coffee. Then I found Twinkle Doughnuts in The Colony—just 4 minutes north of 121 on Paige Road—and it delivered exactly what I was hoping for.
The coffee is made to order using freshly ground beans, Italian-style—rich, smooth, and far better than what you’d expect from a typical donut shop. The donuts are fresh, warm, and made with care.
The space is open and welcoming, blending classic coffeehouse charm with a touch of modern Asian design. And here’s a clever twist: after breakfast hours, the shop doesn’t close—it transforms into a Korean restaurant. A smart, efficient use of space that adds even more value.
Family-owned, thoughtfully run, and truly worth the visit. Wishing them continued success—and hoping they expand soon. Please come to Frisco!“
