We love Shipley's but the donuts at this location have gone downhill recently in both size and quality. Their glazed donuts used to be amazing, now they are just meh.
They also advertise a dozen mixed for $12.99 but then charged $13.99 and said it couldn't be fixed. This is illegal.
While the service was good, being overcharged and having quality decline will always equate to a bad review.

I don’t understand how they are always out of kolaches.
Greg was great and the donuts were fresh, warm and made the right way as usual.
